SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $250 in the U.S. and flat rate shipping on international orders.

We have the following shipping options available:

Free Standard Shipping: 4-7 Business Days
Standard Shipping: 4-7 Business Days
Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days

Please note, shipping time frames do not include processing time. Orders will be delivered based on the option chosen once the order has been processed and prepared by our facility. Orders are only delivered Monday - Friday.


PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.



PRE-ORDERS

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service @

If orders contain items for pre-order and items ready to ship, please note that your items will be shipped together and we are unable to ship items separately that are included in the same order.




SHIPMENT TRACKING

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.



CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.



LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier first and send us an email.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR  LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES!



SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

PLEASE ENTER YOUR CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. IF ADDRESS IS ENTER INCORRECTLY PLEASE CONTACT US WITH
THE FIRST 24 HOURS TO UPDATE CORRECT ADDRESS. After package is shipped we are not responsible for incorrect
address deliveries. We will ship package to address provided to us.

DearAutumn is not responsible for any unclaimed packages.



How long does shipping take?

Please allow us 1-2 business days to process and ship out orders

All orders placed on Friday will began processing the following Monday.​

Need Your Package Reshipped

Reshipment fee must be paid, if package is returned to us, in order to be reshipped back to you. Please contact DearAutumn.LLC@gmail.com for further instructions.

At DEAR AUTUMN APPAREL we pride ourselves in making sure each order is being packaged with love & care, but unfortunately things do get tossed around during the shipment process. We are not responsible for ANY lost, damage or stolen packages after they leave the DEAR AUTUMN facilities. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier (ex. UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL). We will provide you with the address , shipping carrier information, tracking information and date of delivery to assist you with your claim investigation. You shall receive compensation for your lost/stolen package through the shipping carrier.
Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them (1-800-275-8777).


If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.
